Lobuche Peak Climbing is one of the major growing exprditions in the Everest Region. Apart from famous Everest and AmaDablam peak expeditions the climbers also embark on this unique set of path through the heart of Solukhumbu. The Lobuche Peak Climbing expedition is a great opportunity to those adventure enthusiasts who want to experience the lower altitude expeditions before going on a full-fledged climbing up to other famous higher mountains. Nepal is full of mountains and there are many options for the nature lovers to conquer but Lobuche Peak Climbing expedition is once in a lifetiume experience that every climbers should try.

Lobuche Peak lies at an altitude of . The trek follows the same old classic route of Everest Base Camp before following the trail to Lobuche Base Camp from pheriche. The climbers will get to experience the local culture and traditions with the unique way of life of the mankind in the heart of Solukhumbu. Our experienced guides and porters will be with you throughout the whole expedition period to help you with all your needs. You just need to focus on keeping yourself fit and pushing yourself a little more. The trek sure will become tough as you gain the altitude but the views and the feeling of conquering the Lobuche will always stay with you for a lifetime.

As the altitude goes above 6,000 meters during the Lobuche Peak Climbing, trekkers need to be in a very good physical shape before embarking on the journey. Basic to Medium physical exercises are recommended to all the travellers 3-4 months prior to the trek. There will be some hardships along the way but the trek surely will be worth it as you taste the authentic local foods and beverages along with the spectacular sceneries.

The trek begins with a short sightseeing of UNESCO world heritage sites in Kathmandu and then a flight to Lukla, one of the most thrilling airports in the world. We head to Phakding from Lukla and stay for the night with a belly full of local foods and beverages. We head to Namche Bazaar the next day, which will be around 5 to 6 hours of walk. After a long and tiring day we stay a warm lodge at Namche and take a good night’s sleep with an exciting day ahead tomorrow. The fourth day we stay at Namche to acclimatize and the following day we continue our journey to Tengboche and onwards to Pheriche. From here onwards our climbing will officially begin as we stay at the Lobuche Base camp. We move on to the high camp the following day and finally summit the Lobuche peak. After clicking amazing pictures and enjoying the lovely sceneries we head back to Lukla via the same route and take the stunning flight back to Kathmandu, which will mark the end to this stunning Lobuche Peak trip.

Day: 01

Arrival in Kathmandu

Upon your arrival at the Kathmandu airport, you will be greeted by our airport representative and transferred to your 3-star level hotel in a private tourist vehicle. You will spend the night at the hotel and enjoy a dinner.

Day: 02

Sightseeing around Kathmandu Valley and Trek preparations

After having morning breakfast we’ll go to have a short sightseeing of major UNESCO listed world heritage sites in Kathmandu. Then we’ll have a short briefing session and you can start preparing for the trek.

Day: 03

Fly to Lukla and trek to Phakding (2,651m/8,700ft)3-4 hours

You will board a flight from Kathmandu to Lukla. After arriving in Lukla, we will begin our trek by hiking up to Phakding. Along the way, we will pass through several villages and trek through rhododendron forests.

Day: 04

Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar(3,440m/11,283ft)5-6 hours

As we trek, we will follow the trail through a pine forest and cross the Dudh Koshi River. Then, we will reach the entrance to the Everest National Park. Continuing on, we will arrive at Namche Bazaar, a renowned Sherpa village. From Namche Bazaar, we will have the opportunity to catch a glimpse of Mount Everest and Mount Lhotse. We will spend the night in Namche Bazaar.

Day: 05

Acclimatization day in Namche Bazaar

We spend one day in Namche Bazaar to acclimatize to the high altitude. The main market area offers a glimpse into traditional Sherpa culture, with local tea houses, restaurants, shops, and trading areas to explore. Optional hikes to Sagarmatha National Park provide stunning views of Mount Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Ama Dablam, and other peaks, as well as the chance to spot rare flora and fauna. We retire to a hotel in Namche Bazaar for a good night's sleep.

Day: 06

Trek from Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3,870/12,694ft) 5-6 hours

We hike along the Imja River, crossing suspension bridges along the way. We then descend towards Orsho, passing more suspension bridges until we reach Milingo. We continue to Phunki Thanga, cross it, and reach the village of Tengboche. We explore the village and spend the night there.

Day: 07

Trek from Tengboche to Pheriche (4,288m/14,070ft) 5-6 hours

Today we start from the beautiful village of Tengboche and head towards Pheriche. Another beautiful village you’ll cross on your trek. You can explore the village in the evening and wait for the exciting day ahead.

Day: 08

Acclimatization Day in Pheriche

Today is the Acclimatization day as we’ll be reaching very high altitude region. You can explore the village and take rest as we’ll be heading towards even higher altitude tomorrow.

Day: 09

Trek from Pheriche to Lobuche (4,940m/16,207ft) 4-5 hours

Today after finishing the delicious breakfast we’ll head towards Lobhuche. The next few days will be very exciting as we’ll be getting the Everest Views from the nearest points.

Day: 10

Trek from Lobuche to Lobuche Peak Base Camp(4,800m/15,750ft)4-5 hours

Today we head on to Lobuche Peak Base camp. We’ll be walking at a very high altitude, so we’ll take it slow and steady, enjoying every bit of moment along the way.

Day: 11

Trek from Lobuche Peak Base Camp to High camp(5,400m/17,720ft) 3 hours

Today we hike up to the High Camp. The warm local dinner will surely do its magic to your body as you sleep in your cozy tent for the night with an exciting day ahead.

Day: 12

Summit Day and trek down to Lobuche (4,928m/16164 ft) 9-10 hours

Today is the day that’s worth all the hardships, all the cold and all the ups and downs. As we reach the summit we’ll get to see the most spectacular views of Everest and all the mighty mountains around. You love for the mountains will grow even more after you enjoy these breathtaking views. We click enough photos and stack the memories as we head back to Lobuche to stay for the night.

Day: 13

Trek from Lobuche to Namche Bazaar(3,440m/11,280ft) 7-8 hours

Today we’ll descend back to Namche Bazaar. You can enjoy the local foods and beverages of Namche and also enjoy the local culture during your stay.

Day: 14

Trek from Namche Bazaar to Lukla (2,800m/9,186ft) 6-7 hours

We take a rocky trail downhill towards the Dudh Koshi River, crossing it and heading to Lukla via Monjo (Sagarmatha National Park entry and exit point). We walk downhill, crossing a suspension bridge over Bhote Koshi river, and continue to Phakding. From there, we ascend the trail until we reach Lukla. We rest our weary bodies and spend the night in a lodge.

Day: 15

Fly from Lukla to Kathmandu : 35min.

We take a flight back to Kathmandu and upon arrival, have the option to explore the city and do some souvenir shopping. We organize a farewell dinner to celebrate the successful completion of the trek and exchange final greetings and wishes as you prepare for your final departure.

Day: 16

Departure day

Today is the final day of your Lobuche peak trip, and we prepare for our departure. We provide transportation to drop you off at the Tribhuvan International Airport. We exchange final farewells and hope to see each other again in the future. We wish you a pleasant journey and have a safe flight!!!.
